Energy Healing for Beginners

You’ve probably heard the term “energy healing” but aren’t sure what that means. In this class we’ll talk about what energy healing is, about a few energy healing techniques and how energy and the chakra centers work together. We will include a healing meditation and finish up with a question and answer period.
