Grounding Ceremony: New Year, New Energy

Coming together in Ceremony brings in a collective energy that adds power to the intentions that we set. The purpose of doing a grounding meditation is to help center you and anchor your energy to the earth. Once you are grounded and centered it is easier to then set your intentions, connect with Spirit and focus on bringing in new energy.

Together we will tune into the singing bowls, and create a sacred grid to prepare everyone for a guided grounding meditation that will allow for a more personal connection with Spirit, your guides, and your Higher Self.

You are encouraged to bring something that represents the new energy you want to bring into your life for the new year to place within the sacred circle.
