About the event
We all get stressed at some point or another and that stress can seem overwhelming at times. But it is possible to stay calm and centered. To step away from what is causing you anxiety and to gain a perspective that will help you to regain your center and balance.
In this workshop, you will practice tools to help control anxiety, bring you back to your center, and reconnect you to your true Divine Self. We will begin and end with simple breathwork techniques while a guided meditation will connect you with Source and Universal Love.
