About the event
Guided Meditation and laughing don't seem to go together but, you would be mistaken. The session will start with a series of laughing exercises to help you to release negative energy. Laughter, whether geniune or fake, gives you the same physical benefits. Starting with laughter also makes it easier to settle in and connect with your Higher Self and Spirit. (Plus, it's just plain fun!)
Taking time to clear your mind and pay attention to breathing is the next step in going deeper into any meditation practice you choose. We will focus on breathwork and clearing the mind to ground you and expand your consciousness.
