Sacred Rituals & Self Healing: Level 1, Week 3

During our time together over the next 3 weeks, we will explore and get familiar with a number of Sacred tools, timeless teachings and rituals to harness and enhance your Spiritual experience to bring YOU harmony, balance and healing.

Material needed: Notebook for taking notes, pen and a separate Journal that you dedicate to your daily ritual and journaling exercises.

Week 3: Talk about collecting crystals, Using Essential oils, Tips to setting up a daily practice  and staying on track (15 min  journaling exercise), Protective shield visualization ritual, Talk about what to expect in Level Two

We will meet 3 times during this 3 session series. I recommend that you register for the complete series, however, it is not necessary.
