Some tips for Self Care

  • Live Healthy: By eating healthy food, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly and managing stress.

  • Practice Good Hygiene: Good hygiene is important for social, medical and psychological reasons.

  • See Family and Friends: Being in regular contact with family and friends builds a sense of belonging.

  • Do at least one thing that you enjoy each day: For example: Watch your favorite TV show, go dancing, do some gardening.

  • Find ways to relax: Meditate, read, yoga, get a massage, take a soothing bath, walk in the woods or at the ocean.
