HISTORY
The name Aquamarine translates to “Water of the Sea”. Folklore states that Aquamarine originally came from a mermaid’s jewelry box and was once carried as a talisman to protect those traveling by sea. It’s name also refers to it’s water or sea-like color.
This Crystal encourages service to others, helps with public speaking and promotes taking responsibility for your actions. It is said to bring in pure love. As the stone turns darker or lighter it indicates what is true or false. When it turns white, it is said to warn of false friends.
