How to Build your Toroidal Field

The human energy field moves in a formation that Science recognizes as “The Toroidal Field”.

The human Toroidal Field is directed by our breath, and, just as we take regular showers to cleanse our physical body, we must take regular energy showers.

As humans, we are not meant to be a weak link in the Universal System. We are meant to be a powerful bridge between Heaven and Earth.

By building up and regularly cleansing our Toroidal Field our old, thickened barriers will be released, our energy will sparkle and shine, and our Aura will enlarge creating the most potent protection of all--Our human Toroidal Field.

This image below shows the direction in which energy flows around us, otherwise known as “The Toroidal Field”.

The image may imply that we are “caged” within the flow of energy, however, that is not how it is meant to be viewed. Imagine, if, instead, you are seeing the flow of energy rising up into the heavens and then raining down into the body and then

entering the energy field, very much like a water fountain. The pump raises the water up, then at its peak the water separates creating an umbrella similar to a waterfall as it flows downward. Our breath is the pump for our human fountain. Our energy rises, fills our body, then expands out beyond the lines of our bodies drawing in brighter sunshine without any limits.

The goal of our human energy shower is to fill ourselves so full of electric gold energy and rainbows that all of our bones, muscles and organs are so full that the shine goes out past our skin. We become so full of this energy that it rises into the heavens, it taps the universal light force of Source. Then wisdom and energy rain down into our body, our energy field, into earth and back up through our bodies, once again, then shooting upward into the heavens. The more we practice this

cycle, the faster the cycle repeats itself., until it creates the luminous energy field that we are meant to be.

Before beginning any ritual, it is extremely important to ground yourself. Grounding is the conscious connection that we have with the earth that we dwell on, The earth that we walk on is part of who we are. To function properly we must be balanced with the earth as we are with the Heavens. Grounding keeps us from becoming too spacey and disconnected from the physical world. After, all our bodies are made up of the elements found in the soil and water. Vital to the Divine circuitry is living, existing and being aware in the non-physical and the physical at the exact same time.

Below is a short Grounding Meditation for you to practice before

Building and Cleansing of your Toroidal Field.

Grounding Meditation

  • You can do this exercise while either standing or sitting down.

  • Relax all the muscles in your face and body. Your hands gently on your thighs or at the side of your body and your feet firmly on the ground. Keeping your head straight and in line with the rest of the body.

  • Let your facial features stay loosened and relaxed.

  • Rotate the neck gently to relax the torso.

  • Close your eyes and as you make a few neck rotations, imagine a thread-like object entering the top of the head, moving along the spine, and then falling to weight via the center of the hip and pelvic area, then on to the ground.

  • Start breathing slow and deep, bringing your attention to every breath as you do so. However, the attention must be natural and effortless; simply observe each breath as it goes in and out.

  • Staying in position for a minute or two before starting a circular breathing pattern, with no pause or break between inhaling and exhaling.

  • As you do so, gently bring your attention to the spine area, focusing your energy on the first chakra, your root. Then move on to the feet as they’re placed firmly on the ground.

  • Imagine that from your feet below start growing roots upward; they slowly rise and intertwine around your legs. As you feel so, imagine yourself turning into a tree, feel your own body heat and energy getting even stronger and prominent. Also imagine the power of the Mother Earth rising and passing through this tree and flowing straight into yourself. Feel this flow and try to control it with your breathing. Continue this until your energy feels balanced and you feel “well-rooted”.

  • Once you feel ‘well-rooted’, gently shift your focus back to the room. Now whenever you feel ready, take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes.

Eight Steps to Building Your Toroidal Field

  1. The simple fact is that this does not have to be hard or time consuming. Simply, think it and the energy will naturally and instantly follow your thoughts.

  2. Scan your body and energy field to see if you are able to detect any weakened areas, as well as strong areas. Remember to also scan the entire length of the back of your body.

  3. Imagine inhaling through the soles of your feet and into your heart.

  4. Now, imagine inhaling rainbows and brilliant gold into the soles of your feet and into your heart.

  5. Fill your entire body so full of rainbows and gold that they shine through every inch of your skin, remembering to also shine through the back of your body.

  6. Focus on sending rainbows and gold into all of the weakened or low energy area, painful areas or areas that are ill.

  7. Allow your brightness to shimmer and glow beyond your skin, This will power up your auric field. Send rainbows and sparkling gold into any weakened areas in your aura that you noticed when you did your self scan.

  8. Notice and feel yourself glowing, big, sparkling and empowered--think it, feel it, and it will happen.
